We draw on a mix of primary research plus consulting techniques as needed, to build the customer insight required to facilitate customer-led innovation, tailoring our approach to your needs and budget.
Where primary research is needed, we are very open, methodology wise. The key thing being to gain the strongest possible insight into your key business questions, within the available time / budget. We may fuse traditional qual / quant, with more implicit approaches such as voice / video analysis, social media data analysis, online discussion forums etc.
For us, innovation success is not just about finding a great customer insight platform, but more about what you then do with this. So consulting is a core part of our service.
