—  deliver brilliantly  —

In a world of reduced investment, streamlined resource and challenging deadlines, delivering ‘ok’ can often become, well, ‘ok’.

Not for us.

Our commitment to brilliant delivery is based on experience of what it takes to move from insight to action.  Client teams need to be inspired and emotionally engaged, if they are to act.  To achieve this, we prioritise quality over quantity, insight over information, interaction over presentation.  Because if there is no action, then frankly it's just a waste of time and money.

We are all for efficiency via process, smart design, use of technology, and smart use of resource. Not at the expense of delivering brilliantly, but rather in order to deliver brilliantly.

What do we mean by ‘brilliant delivery’ in terms of insight?

Be clear what’s at stake

Capture the ‘question behind the question’ – the one the business cares about

Pragmatic design

Needle in haystack = expensive waste of time.  Work through a realistic approach upfront and be prepared to adapt if needed

Be respondent-friendly

Short, mobile-friendly survey that we can get people to answer. Zero fat

Build on what you know

What hypotheses do we have about the results? Will our design answer them?

Engagement

How can we best communicate results to aid understanding, engagement, decision taking for the key stakeholder(s)?
